Learn how to make your own handmade, natural soap in a small group of up to ten people

You’ll make two batches (10 bars) on the day with your own choice of essential oils, colours and botanicals which you take home with you.

The workshop lasts up to three hours and costs £35.00 per person

Available dates:
New dates to be added soon.

During the first part of the workshop you’ll learn about the basics in making soap using the traditional cold process method.

You’ll then go on to make your first batch using your own choice of essential oils, colours and botanicals.
Some of the essential oils you can choose include Lavender, Lemon, Sweet Orange, Lemongrass, Black Pepper, Cedarwood, Patchouli, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Peppermint and Ylang Ylang.

The colours and botanicals you can use include oatmeal, poppyseeds, calendula petals, rose petals, lavender, turmeric, nettle, green clay, activated charcoal and quite a few more.

After a mini break for tea, coffee and biscuits you’ll then make your second batch again choosing what you want to add.

After the workshop you’ll take your soap home and a couple of days later cut it into bars which will need to cure for about four weeks when they’ll be ready to use or give as gifts.

All the ingredients and equipment you’ll need are provided but please bring a cardboard box to carry your two batches home with you and a towel to cover them.

Closed Sessions:
The workshops are open sessions for anyone to book.
